| Meeting point | We meet near the main restroom at the far lot. we'll take a group photo, walk the trail, stop at the beach for photos, and then walk the long trail through the marsh and back. Mystical Mutts is the theme. People who cannot stay long can turn back at the beach or anytime before we turn off onto the longer loop at the marsh. You'll need insect repellent, sun block, muzzles (no judgement event), and whatever else you require for a walk like water. In case we decide to kick around and chat, bring a chair for yourselves, a dog bed, and some snacks. Although the event is free, you can donate to 112 Carlota Galgos with cash or etransfer on the day and I'll submit the full donation to Charl via PayPal. If you want to donate to another rescue in celebration of the walk I encourage you to do so. This is a rain or shine event. However, the event is automatically cancelled in case of thunder/lightning/torrential downpour. |
