| Additional Information | Once everyone has arrived at the parking lot, we will start our walk through Tivoli Park. Most of the trail in Tivoli goes through the forest, so we will be walking in the shade. There are also a few gentle ups and downs along the way, as some parts of Tivoli Park are slightly hilly. We will walk through Tivoli Park towards the center of Ljubljana, where we will stop for an ice cream at Vigo, near Kongresni trg. At Kongresni trg, we will take a little break. You are welcome to bring a blanket or a mat for your dog to lie on, as well as a chew or a small snack to keep them happy and comfortable during the break. After the break, we will take a short walk through the city center and then head back towards Tivoli Park. On our way back, we will walk through the lower part of the park and eventually return to the parking lot. The total walk will be approximately 7 km, and aproximately 130 elevation high. During our walk, we will also hand out our special sighthound messages to passers-by and hopefully brighten their day with a little thought and a smile. |
